Cheer Stars Registration

You can still register for the 2008/2009 season!

Submitting this online registration form will allow us to get a head start on the paperwork. You will need to pay (the full amount or monthly installment) at your first class.

If you want to register for multiple children, please fill out the information for each child separately.

Be sure to download our Medical Release form and fill it out to bring to your first class. (You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader to open this file.)

Tuition is based on the entire season, and includes these vacation weeks: Thanksgiving (November 23-29) Holidays (December 21-January 3) February (February 22-28) April (April 19-25) No classes or Open Gym will be held during these weeks.
