Gymnastics Registration
It's never too late to register! Be sure to review the class schedule & descriptions before filling out the registration form below.
Submitting this online registration form will allow us to get a head start on the paperwork. You will need to pay (the full amount or monthly installment) at your first class.
If you want to register for multiple children, please fill out the information for each child separately.
Be sure to download our Medical Release form and fill it out to bring to your first class. (You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader to open this file.)

| Tuition is based on a yearly tuition (37 weeks) and divided into 10 payments. Vacation weeks are factored into the tuition cost. | |||
| Tuition and fees are non-refundable. | |||
| There is a yearly non-refundable registration fee of $35. | |||
| Any check returned NSF will be assessed a service charge of $25. |
