We understand how frustrating it is to chase results and be met with empty promises. That’s not how we do things at Evergreen Sports Center. We’ve been part of this community longer than any other gym in the area—and we’re here to stay.
Over the years, we’ve built more than just a fitness center—we’ve created a space where people see real, lasting results. Like any meaningful transformation, greatness takes time. We’ve invested that time to grow, evolve, and deliver an experience that goes far beyond expectations.
If you're ready for real progress with a team that’s committed to your success, Evergreen is where it begins.

How do I sign up for a free trial?
Schedule your free trial with us by filling out the contact form with all of your details, and we will contact you to start your free trial.
How long does it take to see results?
Results take time, but if you’re consistent, they will come. If you are a beginner, results will come fairly quickly; even in only 30 days, you may start to see a difference in your strength and overall fitness.
Do I get the chance to meet new friends?
Yes! We have so many different programs here and so many faces, if you want to meet new people and make new friends, Evergreen is the perfect environment for that.
What sets you apart from other gyms?
At Evergreen, you're not just another membership number. You're part of a community of people who are working to become better versions of themselves, just like you. Our team makes an effort to get to know you, and your fellow members are here to encourage you, not compete with you. That sense of connection and support is what makes Evergreen different from the typical gym experience.
How often do you recommend going to the facility?
We know this might seem like a long answer to a simple question, but it’s an important one. No matter which program you choose at Evergreen, we recommend working out at least three times per week to build consistency and momentum. As you become more experienced, you can gradually increase that to five or six workouts per week, depending on your goals and recovery. Our CrossFit program is designed with smart variation in movement and volume, making it possible to train frequently while minimizing the risk of injury. If you’re following your own programming, be sure to vary both intensity and movement patterns to avoid burnout and overuse. Also, don’t forget to count your outdoor activities as workout days. Going for a hike, bike ride, run, swim, or anything else that gets your heart rate up absolutely counts—and you should feel good about that. At the end of the day, sustainability is what matters most. Our goal is to help you build a fitness routine that enhances your quality of life for the long term—not just for now.
Do you provide free refreshments there?
We have filtered water available to our members. Other drinks are available for purchase.
Do I have to be fit to join?
No! No matter what your current fitness level is, we have something that is right for you. Every program is designed to help you succeed, improve fitness, and move you toward your goals.
What payment methods do you accept?
We take all major credit cards and debit cards as well as cash and checks.
What kind of exercises can I expect during a CrossFit class?
Our class programming will often include a strength portion in which you’ll work on something like Olympic weightlifting, deadlifting, squatting, or bodyweight strength or you may work on a skill like handstand push-ups. After the strength or skill portion of the class is complete, most days will involve a workout that was programmed for that specific day. Workouts can be anywhere between 5 to 20 minutes or more.
Do I have to stop eating my favorite foods to be healthy?
Absolutely not! A healthy lifestyle needs to be manageable and realistic for the long term. It’s perfectly okay to enjoy your favorite meals and occasional indulgences. The healthier you become, the more naturally you'll gravitate toward nutritious choices, because you’ll get hooked on feeling good. And let’s face it, junk food just doesn’t give you that same energy or satisfaction. By limiting excessive refined carbohydrates and being mindful of your intake of protein, carbs, and fats, you’ll start to see noticeable, measurable improvements in your health.
