Join Lisa or Dianne in the pool for some no impact exercise. These workouts are a blend of cardio and resistance training, and may incorporate resistance tools such as buoyant water weights and noodles. We have a variety of classes that will suit all your needs. Our Aqua Combo class is held in our lap pool and makes use of water dumbbells as well as noodles. This class is beginner friendly but certainly will give you a good workout if your push yourself. Next is our EZ-Active class with Dianne. She will take you through a choreographed water workout in our lap pool as well. Finally, we have the Therapeutic Splash. This class is the calmer of the three and held in our warmer therapy pool. Let the warmer temperatures aid you in loosening up your joints and getting that blood flow going to help ease any aches and pains. The exercises in this class are Arthritis Foundation based.
Come spin with Gal. She will take you through a challenging workout and leave you feeling fatigued yet satisfied. Enjoy the upbeat tempo of the music and the cues from the instructor as you push yourself through a minimal impact cardio workout. Gal is welcoming to new faces and will help you understand the mechanics of the spin bike if you are new to it. Try out a class and see what it’s about.
